Intro
Jr. Jones is result of a combine effort of talents in the stroller's technology sector. The team is made up of stroller experts, designers and engineers and, between them, they have almost 100 years combined knowledge and experience in the industry. The Jr. Jones brand stands for premium quality strollers, development with the latest technology, at affordable prices.
Challenge
The company wanted to launch in UK by summer 2019 and needed greater understanding about its potential buyers needs and behaviour.
Mapping our customers needs and behaviours
Overall research methods such as questionnaires and surveys were applied to gain father insight to our customers. This helped us identify what customers needed and ‘how could we’ address their frustrations.

We have discovered our customers were willing to pay premium if they’re given greater support and warranty. Customers did also lack options on upgrading overall strollers or finding parts for repair. We built our services around these needs.
User Interface Design
To fairly compete in the high-end strollers market, Junior Jones needed to not only deliver high class services but to look the part. To address the problem, I’ve designed a modular premium look website. The UI brought delight to customers by putting the strollers in the centre of the experience whilst its white space and premium product shots resemble high-end fashion brand such as Apple, Hermes and Louis Vuitton.
